Dr. Oldhavers Lipo Acai diet pills contain highly concentrated acai berry powder in combination with green tea extract and vitamin C, which supports the body in losing significant weight. The acai berry grows on the acai palm in the rainforests of South America and has been used by the indigenous people there for a long time. It has only recently become known in Europe and is now referred to by nutritionists as a superfruit. It has a high antioxidant potential that supports the weight loss process.
Green tea extract
Acai intensiv is combined with high-quality green tea extract. With green tea, it is in particular the special combination of caffeine and the secondary plant compounds, the catechins (especially EC, EGC, ECG, EGCG), which has been shown in several studies to reduce fat absorption in the stomach and intestines. At the same time, it has been proven in several studies that the ingredients of green tea stimulate the metabolism (thermogenesis), increase the basal metabolic rate or energy expenditure, and inhibit certain enzymes. This effectively supports weight loss. The bitter substances in green tea also help to reduce cravings for sweets.
Vitamin C
Also included is vitamin C, a key vitamin for successful weight reduction: it activates fat burning and stimulates the metabolism. For example, scientists at Arizona State University were able to demonstrate that test subjects with a low concentration of vitamin C in their blood burned 25 percent less fat than those who had a high vitamin C level. In addition, vitamin C is required for the production of L-carnitine (see no. 2). Therefore, people with a low vitamin C level find it difficult to lose weight - the vitamin levels in obese people are often very low.
