Delivery
Delivery is carried out by DHL. Dr. Oldhaver participates in the GoGreen climate protection program from DHL.
Unless clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all offered items are ready for immediate shipment (delivery time: 3–5 working days).
For international shipments, the delivery time is up to 20 working days.

Advance payment
All our payment methods are processed as "advance payment".
We currently cannot offer payment after receipt of goods, i.e., "on account".
 

Credit card payment
We offer payment via MasterCard and Visa credit cards.

• Link your bank account or credit card to your PayPal account.
• And you can start paying with PayPal.

Payment by bank transfer

Upon completing your order, you will receive an email from us with the payment details and our bank information. You can now make a transfer to us in the conventional way.

The goods will be shipped to you immediately after receipt of payment.

Please note: The time between your payment and its arrival in our account can take up to 5 days, depending on the type of transfer (online banking, bank counter) and the bank.

When making a transfer, please always include the invoice number and, if applicable, your customer number in the reference field.
