Description
Mumijo (or Shilajit) is a very ancient, still mysterious substance of purely natural origin, which has been used for millennia in Central Asian folklore as a tonic. Mumijo is an integral part of Ayurveda.


What is Mumijo?

Mumijo is humified plant material that contains complex-forming fulvic acids as well as a broad spectrum of minerals, vitamins, amino acids, and humic acids. Mumijo is laboriously scraped or broken out of rock crevices by hand by specially trained collectors. The air must be particularly pure for this viscous natural product with its smoky, resinous smell to form. Long and intense exposure to sunlight at altitudes of 1000 to 5000 meters, the frequent purification of the healing earth with water from mountain streams, and a high mineral content make Mumijo a "miracle cure" that is said to be significantly more effective than ordinary healing earth. The word "Mumijo" comes from Greek and means something like "protecting the body from health problems."
Mumijo has been an integral part of Central Asian folklore since ancient times. Due to its positive properties, many scientists became aware of it. The first extensive large-scale studies on Mumijo were conducted from the 1950s to the 1980s by Prof. Adyl Schakirov at the Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics in Tashkent (present-day Uzbekistan).

Mumijo, corn starch, capsule material: hard gelatin, vitamin C, vitamin B1 as thiamine mononitrate, vitamin B2 as riboflavin, vitamin B6 as pyridoxine HCl, folic acid, vitamin B12

Free from gluten, lactose, and colorants.

Application

Recommended intake:
Take 4 capsules daily, each with a meal and plenty of liquid.
